What You’ll Be Doing

• Act as the company representative with the client and selected subcontractors during program execution.
• Negotiate changes to the scope of work with the client and key subcontractors.
• Collaborate with Business Development to market and secure additional work with clients.
• Follow up on instructions and commitments associated with the project.
• Participate in negotiations with regulatory agencies and public meetings in support of clients.
• Oversee establishment of Project Execution, Health and Safety, and Quality Assurance or Quality Control plans.
• Establish program requirements and monitor draft and final deliverables for adherence to those criteria.
• Develop and distribute a one- to two-page project description to project team members.
• Plan, direct, supervise, and control the business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the assigned project.
• Assign responsibility for executing project plans to key subordinates after assessing project needs.

Requirements

• Experience leading a team of professionals across every phase of large-scale projects or programs.
• Ability to represent the company with clients and selected subcontractors during program execution.
• Ability to oversee project execution, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions.
• Ability to establish and oversee project execution, health and safety, and quality assurance or quality control plans.
