Role Overview
The Project Director provides strategic leadership and direction to project managers.
The role has overall responsibility for project management, implementation, financial and administrative oversight, reporting, and monitoring and evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and lead relationships with the donor and project partners.
- Supervise project team members and oversee project implementation.
- Develop cost-effective plans to support effective project completion.
- Manage project risks to prevent delays or reputational damage.
- Manage project managers and enable them to supervise and manage their teams.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 25,000 to AED 35,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
