- Lead project development for a portfolio of ground-mount, rooftop, and carport solar and storage projects from Letter of Intent through Notice to Proceed, including: Strategy: Establish project priorities, development plans, stage gates, and resource allocation across the portfolio to achieve company objectives. Technical development: Oversee system design, equipment strategy, interconnection, permitting, environmental diligence, and site control. Risk management: Identify and mitigate technical, commercial, regulatory, financial, and schedule risks and determine appropriate paths forward for challenged projects. Portfolio management: Own project budgets, schedules, forecasts, development milestones, and capital requirements, and ensure timely advancement of projects toward NTP. Project economics & financing: Protect project economics as development assumptions evolve and lead project approvals, capital requests, financing diligence, and preparation for project or fund closings. Contracting: Oversee negotiation and execution of key project agreements with customers, landowners, utilities, development partners, and vendors.

- Contracting: Oversee negotiation and execution of key project agreements with customers, landowners, utilities, development partners, and vendors.
- Lead the Project Development team and manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution, including: Team leadership: Manage Project Development Managers and other development team members, setting priorities and driving accountability for project outcomes. Cross-functional coordination: Work closely with Business Development, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Construction, and Asset Management to resolve issues and ensure successful project execution and handoff. Relationship management & reporting: Build and maintain strong external relationships, serve as an escalation point for complex matters, and present portfolio status, risks, and key decisions to senior leadership. Market & process strategy: Translate changes in market conditions, incentives, regulation, and industry practices into development strategy while improving processes, tools, and reporting standards across the portfolio.
