Tamasuk is hiring a Project Development Associate to join the Project Development team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The role runs bids end to end, from early business development and market sounding through submission, commercial close, and financial close.

The opportunity suits someone who can manage multiple workstreams and deadlines at the same time.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills are required.

Coordinate the planning, compilation, and submission of bids responding to RFPs, RFQs, and other solicitation documents.
Develop detailed bid timelines and checklists to ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule.
Liaise with Legal, Technical, Project Finance, and ESG teams to gather inputs and meet bid requirements.
Draft non-technical proposal sections and assemble final submission packages.
Support the transition from preferred bidder status through commercial and financial close, including advisor and lender workstreams.
Maintain version control of bid documents and manage submission portals or physical delivery logistics.
Ensure proposals comply with client instructions and internal governance processes.
Track clarifications, questions, and responses during the bid process and maintain clear records.
