Position Summary
The Project Developer will be a central hub in Antora’s commercial project development function. They will organize a cross-functional team of subject matter experts to advance Antora’s energy storage projects from ideation to the execution of commercial contracts. This requires establishing project plans and coordinating efforts across engineering, business development, power supply and project finance teams as well as driving community engagement efforts by representing Antora to landowners and local leaders.
Roles & Responsibilities
Establish and maintain project timeline, milestones and accountability alignment within Antora’s commercial teams to accelerate deals to the final investment decision (FID).
Build and maintain commercial contract and commercial risk tracking tools to maintain deal team alignment, prioritization and visibility for key stakeholders and leaders.
Escalate deal risks to appropriate leaders and stakeholders and manage the workstreams required to mitigate these risks.
Partner with Antora’s legal and business development teams to de-risk land control for projects by executing lease, easement and title agreements.
Represent Antora to local community leaders and authorities to obtain the required permits to advance our thermal energy storage projects.
