Project Delivery Manager

Strong experience in project delivery, program management, project management, professional services, or a related role within a technology or software organization.

Proven experience working within a SaaS, software, or technology-focused environment.

Demonstrated line management experience, with responsibility for leading, coaching, and developing team members. ​

Proven experience leading agile/scrum teams and managing complex, cross-functional delivery timelines.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical detail for non-technical audiences.

Experience using project/delivery tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Linear, Azure DevOps).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to define, track, and act on delivery metrics.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting business needs.

Clear understanding of business finances in a software and service environment.

Experience scaling delivery processes across multiple teams or a growing organization.

Business Acumen: Acts as a role model for driving business results through deep understanding and analysis of key performance drivers. Shares best practice across the organisation.
