Strong analytical skills with the ability to define, track, and act on delivery metrics.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting business needs.
Clear understanding of business finances in a software and service environment.
Experience scaling delivery processes across multiple teams or a growing organization.
Business Acumen: Acts as a role model for driving business results through deep understanding and analysis of key performance drivers. Shares best practice across the organisation.
