Role Overview
To support the delivery of our operations, we are looking for a Project Delivery Engineer to join our team in Monmouth. This role will be responsible for overseeing, delivering and attending non routine jobs by utilising standard/package equipment from sales handover to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful deliveries on time and assist with providing the client with on site optimisation and compliance. Role responsibilities: Attend site and conduct site surveys for non-routine jobs. Project manage the smooth delivery of non routine jobs. Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, pre start reviews and provide regular status reports to customers, suppliers and internal teams. Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure equipment specifications and schedules are to customer requirements. Oversee the development and implementation of project schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and deadlines. Engage with stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and external partners, to gather accurate project requirements including any quality and equipment checks required. Experience of working across multiple functions, working to deadlines, and balancing priorities. Act as a single point of contact during the delivery process and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained. Attend site to conduct process commissioning, sampling & optimisation to ensure compliance. Deal with project delivery complaints and monitoring of customers' experience of our service, providing feedback and suggestions on how we can improve. Prepare quotations for ancillaries and variations in line with pricing schedules. Be familiar with and adhere to Company safety systems and codes of practice to ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with required work instructions, procedures and risk assessments, including any COSHH sheets and other instructions, to minimize risk to themselves and other personnel and that good housekeeping always applies Wear and always maintain appropriate protective safety equipment for role and activities Assess job tasks risks identifying hazards, mitigating risks and solving operational issues Qualifications and Skills: Technical or engineering related background with an engineering qualification Strong knowledge of water treatment processes IOSH Managing Safely qualification CSCS card Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey critical information Experience dealing with customer complaints and technical queries. Adaptable, flexible and proactive attitude Ability to remain calm under pressure Able to demonstrate initiative and professionalism when dealing with customers.
