Responsibilities
- Track project budgets, commitments, and expenditures
- Monitor supplier invoices, purchase orders, and payment status
- Assist with project cost reporting and financial analysis
- Support local procurement activities and supplier coordination
- Follow up on deliveries and procurement schedules
- Assist the Finance Department with reconciliations, documentation, and reporting
- Maintain accurate project cost trackers and procurement logs
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure financial visibility throughout project execution
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English
- Experience in construction, interiors, fit out, or project based businesses is an advantage
