As our Project Cost Analyst Intermediate you will independently administer recurring project timekeeping, payroll, costing, purchase order, accrual, and customer invoice support activities. Perform project setup in TimeTracker (timesheet software) and SharePoint.
Import staff, subcontractor, and trades timesheets into TimeTracker and maintain crew timesheet setup and updates.
Execute payroll activities, including trades travel in and out calculations, shift premiums, and supervisor premiums.
Apply working EPSCA knowledge to routine timekeeping and payroll calculations and escalate interpretation issues.
Prepare cost reports and update vendor trackers.
Set up purchase orders in TimeTracker and prepare SharePoint purchase order increase requests.
