Responsibilities
- Coordinate day to day activities between internal technical teams, vendors, and client stakeholders
- Monitor project schedules, deliverables, milestones, and dependencies
- Track project progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and blockers
- Facilitate technical discussions and ensure effective communication across teams
- Organize project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items
- Coordinate system integrations, testing, deployments, and implementation activities
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates
- Ensure project deliverables comply with client requirements and agreed timelines
- Support project managers during planning, execution, and project closure
- Coordinate with multiple technology vendors and implementation partners

About the Role
- We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of enterprise technology and security projects.
- The ideal candidate will act as the key coordination point between multiple technical teams, stakeholders, vendors, and the client.
- This is a client site deployment where you will represent our organization while working closely with the customer's project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day to day activities between internal technical teams, vendors, and client stakeholders.

Required Technical Experience
- Hands on project coordination experience in one or more of: Centralized Management Platforms, Physical Security Systems, Access Control Systems, Video Management Systems (VMS), Building Management Systems (BMS), Smart Building Solutions, ELV Systems, Safety & Security Systems, Digital Twin Platforms
- Strong understanding of system integrations, enterprise IT infrastructure, networking fundamentals, and security technologies.
Required Skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience in technical project coordination or project implementation.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology and integrated security solutions.
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams and manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working directly with clients in enterprise environments.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation and solution architectures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project tracking tools.
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar project management tools is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
- Experience coordinating large scale enterprise or government projects is preferred.
- PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, or similar project management certifications are an added advantage.
