We are actively looking to hire a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our Civil Infrastructure projects.

As a Project Coordinator, you will assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring, contributing directly to the success of key infrastructure projects.

You'll support the tendering and estimation processes, coordinate project documentation, and help ensure projects run efficiently.

• Assist in preparing accurate quantity takeoffs and interpreting specifications for project estimation and proposals.
• Review and analyze proposal specifications and drawings to clearly identify the scope of work.
• Prepare cost estimates, tender forms, and detailed pricing breakdowns for labour, equipment, and materials.
• Develop and distribute requests for quotations (RFQs) to suppliers and subcontractors, and manage responses.
