We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator for our Rye Brook, NY office location in Westchester County, NY.

This is an in-office role that works collaboratively with project teams to support the administrative and compliance duties related to commercial construction projects.

• Support administrative duties for each assigned project: process RFIs, change orders, submittals, subcontractor agreements, and purchase orders
• Complete project updates in Procore, distribute required documents to all project team members
• Assist Project Manager with insurance and permits as needed
• Send the Field Operations team all required project information
• Schedule calls and meetings with internal and external project team members to ensure consistent communication flow throughout the duration of a project
• Create and distribute weekly reports as requested by Project Managers
• Assist in preparation of closeout package process: collect documentation from subcontractors, vendors, architects, clients, and members of the internal project team
• Other job responsibilities as assigned by Project Managers

• Minimum of 2+ years of general contracting or subcontractor experience in an administrative role
• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
• Excellent MS Office skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills required
