- Coordinate and monitor lighting projects from initiation through completion
- Prepare project schedules, timelines, and progress reports
- Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
- Track project deliverables, procurement status, material submissions, and approvals
- Coordinate lighting product orders, deliveries, and installation schedules
- Review project specifications, drawings, and technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate project records, documentation, and correspondence
- Support site teams by coordinating logistics, resources, and project related communications
- Attend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes and action trackers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering
- 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within lighting, electrical, construction, or fit out projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, lighting layouts, and project specifications
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of procurement, logistics, and supplier coordination processes

Overview
