- Track the progress of all active projects
- Monitor project timelines and deadlines
- Follow up daily with team members on assigned tasks
- Ensure deliverables are completed on time
- Schedule and conduct regular project briefing meetings
- Update project trackers and status reports
- Identify delays, risks, and bottlenecks, and escalate them when necessary
- Coordinate communication between departments
- Monitor client feedback and ensure all comments are addressed
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management
- Ensure each project has clear next steps and action items
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, administration, or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong follow up and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana, Notion, Trello, or similar is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail oriented, proactive, and solution driven

About the Role

- This role focuses on project coordination, timeline management, task follow up, and communication across teams to ensure every project progresses smoothly and is delivered on schedule.
- This is not a design or engineering position. We are looking for someone with exceptional organizational and coordination skills.
