Four-year university education in a technical or related field, or a college certification in Project Management with relevant experience.
Up to 5 years’ experience in project coordination, preferably in the nuclear, energy or infrastructure industry.
Familiarity with PMI Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®); certification by the Project Management Institute (PMI) as a Project or Program Management Professional (PMP, PgMP) considered an asset.
Strong organizational, time management, communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.
Comfortable working independently, managing multiple tasks, and adapting to change.
Collaborative, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
Proficient with project management tools: Primavera P6, Eco Sys, Active Risk Manager (ARM), and Microsoft suite of tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI); quick to learn new tools and technologies.
The Program Coordinator supports the Program Managers and Senior Program Managers in the effective delivery of projects and initiatives within a program area. In this role, you will coordinate activities, resources, and information to ensure alignment across stakeholders and compliance with business and governance requirements. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical aptitude, and attention to detail.
