We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an
Project Coordinator / Operations Coordinator for our Group.
As a Management Consultancy / Real Estate Development, we value professionalism, strong communication skills, and a high level of attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and other managers, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Assist with organizing and coordinating company meetings and agenda.
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects and reports.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle any ad-hoc tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English as a Native language.
- Previous experience in the construction, building consultancy, hotel industry, airport field, hospitality management, sales management, or business development is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office Suite.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Staying in Dubai is a preference for time management.
