Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s (B.S) degree and 6 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Current PMP certification or comparable work experience.
- 3+ years supporting teams in a project coordinator role.
- Exceptional verbal and written skills.
- Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
- Experience working with the Office 365 and/or Google Workplace suite of tools (virtually in a shared environment).
- Experience specifying and utilizing project management tools to track team deliverables and milestones.
- Well-organized self-starter who has proven skills balancing multiple tasks, communicating in a team environment, and has polished coordination skills.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience maintaining website content via a content management system (CMS).
- Knowledge of Earth or physical sciences.
