Responsibilities
- Coordinate and drive daily project activities across multiple technical and operational workstreams
- Manage stakeholder engagement and follow up activities across Customer teams, Infrastructure teams, Security teams, OEMs, Operations teams, and Project teams
- Track project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, action items, and governance deliverables
- Coordinate ITSM activities with a strong focus on Change Management processes, including CRQ/RFC preparation, CAB coordination, approvals, implementation scheduling, and post implementation tracking
- Prepare and maintain project dashboards, status reports, trackers, meeting minutes and governance presentations
- Support project deployments, implementation activities, change windows, and stakeholder communications
- Facilitate governance meetings, project reviews, workshops, and stakeholder discussions
- Ensure timely follow up and closure of action items, risks, issues, and project dependencies
- Maintain project documentation, repositories, and reporting artifacts in accordance with project governance requirements
Requirements
- ITIL v3 Foundation Certification – Mandatory
- Strong hands on experience in ITSM processes, with particular emphasis on Change Management
- Excellent stakeholder management, coordination, communication, and follow up skills
- Strong hands on experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and effectively manage multiple parallel activities and priorities
- Experience working in medium to large Enterprise IT environments
- Strong analytical, reporting, and organizational skills
- 5 to 7 years of overall professional experience
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in IT Project Coordination, PMO, Project Governance, or Associate Project Management functions

Role Overview
- Support a large scale IT Transformation Program. Working closely with the Project Manager and key stakeholders, the role will be responsible for project coordination, driving multiple parallel workstreams, managing project dependencies, facilitating Change Management activities, tracking deliverable
