Role Overview
The position coordinates interior fit-out project activities, resources, schedules, procurement, documentation, communications, and quality assurance.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
- Break projects into actionable tasks and establish timeframes.
- Identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
- Oversee project procurement management.
- Monitor project progress and handle issues that arise.
- Communicate project status to all participants as the point of contact.
- Monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures using project tools.
- Issue appropriate legal paperwork, including contracts and terms of agreement.
- Maintain project documentation, plans, and reports.
- Conduct quality assurance tests to ensure standards and requirements are met.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in the same industry is required.
Compensation
- The stated pay range is AED 4,000 to AED 5,500 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person.
Employment
- The position is full-time.
