Key Accountabilities
- Assist senior engineers with research and data gathering to support design, quality, safety, and project objectives.
- Prepare regular management reports and attend project meetings.
- Communicate and follow up with clients, developers, engineers, and staff.
- Support team projects and complete administrative duties assigned by management.
- Identify project phases and responsibilities, assign personnel, and review contractor bids.
- Prepare drawing, material, and document submission schedules for client review.
- Track schedule activities weekly and take corrective action when deviations occur.
- Prepare material submittals with contracts and purchasing and submit them for client approval.
- Carry out site work according to the erection method statement and budgeted man-hours.
- Initiate project billing promptly according to agreed credit terms.
- Prepare project status reports by analyzing information and trends and recommending actions.
Experience and Work Expectations

Compensation
- Pay is AED 8,000 to AED 10,000 per month.
