The Customer Service Project Coordinator is responsible for the safe and efficient installation and removal of Linde’s equipment, located at Linde’s customer’s sites throughout the Region.
You will take responsibility for the safe and efficient installation and removal of Linde’s equipment at customer sites across the region Scheduling people and operations within a Union environment will be part of your role to ensure smooth coordination You shall plan projects and allocate resources, collaborating with remote teams to meet deadlines Managing the financial aspects of projects, including forecasting and reporting on revenue and costs, will be your responsibility Working closely with sales personnel on pre-sales tasks will help secure successful contractual agreements Completing reports to track project progress and keeping stakeholders informed is essential You will work with management and clients to assess needs and recommend appropriate services, including making site visits when necessary Attending client project meetings as required will keep you aligned with customer expectations Building and maintaining relationships with repeat customers will support ongoing sales growth Managing project tasks alongside maintenance activities will ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly
