Role and Domain
The Project Coordinator works in the Denied Operations Division within the GNSS-Denied domain and Program Management and Operations area.
The role coordinates hardware, software, and operational workstreams for advanced GNSS-denied systems projects in the UAV domain.
The coordinator orchestrates project rhythms, identifies bottlenecks, manages dependencies, and drives decisions and actions to resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project calendars, reviews, sprint planning, technical meetings, minutes, decisions, and action items through closure.
- Monitor tasks, deliverables, dependencies, and milestones across hardware, software, and operations; maintain JIRA boards and flag risks.
- Prepare project status reports, presentations, and executive briefing materials.
- Raise Purchase Requests and follow up on Purchase Orders, payments, long-lead items, and material deliveries.
- Coordinate gate passes, e-Way Bills, material movement, stakeholder communications, workflow handoffs, and logistical blockers.
- Maintain controlled repositories for design files, review records, test logs, and compliance documents.
