Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare, compile, and submit project documents to clients and consultants.
• Manage project documentation, submittals, and correspondence.
• Coordinate with internal engineering teams and external stakeholders.
• Track document approvals, revisions, and submissions.
• Maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems.
• Follow up on pending approvals and project deliverables.
• Support project managers with daily coordination activities.
• Ensure compliance with project documentation requirements and deadlines.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in project coordination, document control, or administrative support is required.
• An engineering background is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills are required.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy are required.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is required.
• The candidate must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience in engineering, construction, or industrial projects is advantageous.
• Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, or both is mandatory.
• Good written and verbal communication is required.
