ATUS is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented
Project Coordinator And Designer
with experience in
FF&E and hospitality projects
.
The ideal candidate should be capable of handling both the
creative and coordination aspects
of projects — from preparing presentations and mood boards to managing client communication and supporting project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communication with clients and consultants
- Support project execution and follow up on timelines
- Assist in material, finish, and product selections
- Create presentation layouts and design concepts for hospitality and residential projects
- Manage project documentation, quotations, and specifications
- Attend meetings and communicate project updates professionally
- Ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams
- Coordinate sample submissions and approvals
Requirements
- Experience in FF&E, interior design, or hospitality projects
- Good design sense and presentation skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Suite, AutoCAD, or similar design software
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- UAE experience is preferred
Preferred Background
- Hospitality / luxury residential project experience
- Understanding of materials, finishes, and FF&E specifications
- Experience preparing professional client presentations and design boards
