Role Overview
Coordinate project planning and scheduling for building metal product manufacturing projects.
Monitor project progress, identify schedule risks, and maintain current project records.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, update, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Develop plans covering activities, durations, dependencies, milestones, and target dates.
- Compare actual progress with the approved baseline and identify delays or deviations.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager and site team to collect progress updates.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients.
- Track critical activities, milestones, resources, and deadlines.
- Prepare recovery programmes and revised schedules for delayed activities.
- Coordinate with departments and project teams to support planned completion.
- Maintain schedules, progress records, and supporting documentation.
- Follow up on material submissions, approvals, procurement, and other schedule-impacting activities.
Qualifications
- Experience preparing, updating, and monitoring project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Ability to develop detailed project plans with activities, durations, dependencies, milestones, and target dates.
- Ability to monitor progress against an approved baseline and identify delays and deviations.
