The Project Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the Construction and Design team.

The role works with the Vice President of Construction and Design across new builds, renovations, repairs, and maintenance for restaurant locations.

Manage scheduling, internal and external communications, and ongoing priorities as executive support.
Track construction timelines, organize permits and contracts, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Arrange contractor services, manage schedules, and oversee repair and maintenance work completion.
Coordinate material samples, organize design assets, and update digital libraries of architectural drawings.
Manage purchase orders, process invoices, and track project budgets.

Familiarity with construction terminology, design processes, and facilities maintenance.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
