Position overview
Support the delivery team as a Project Coordinator Co-op Student in a technology consulting environment.
Help coordinate project activities, maintain documentation, track progress, and support communication between internal teams and clients.
The placement offers exposure to Microsoft data, analytics, AI, and digital transformation projects.
Placement details
- The role is based in Calgary, Alberta, with a hybrid work arrangement.
- The term is a practicum or co-op placement lasting 4 to 8 months.
What you will do
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, coordination, resource scheduling, and project administration.
- Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, action items, status updates, dashboards, and reports.
- Track milestones, deliverables, deadlines, assigned tasks, and outstanding action items.
- Prepare meeting agendas, document outcomes, and support client-facing presentations and communications.
- Coordinate internal delivery processes and escalate potential risks, delays, or issues.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational processes.
