Role Overview
Support the planning, coordination, monitoring, documentation, and execution of construction and engineering projects from initiation through completion.
Serve as a communication link between clients, consultants, design teams, site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, authorities, and internal departments.
The role requires a Civil Engineering background and understanding of architectural, structural, civil, MEP, procurement, commercial, and site coordination activities.
Project Planning and Coordination
- Assist the Project Manager with execution plans, work schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate architectural, structural, civil, MEP, procurement, estimation, production, and site teams.
- Maintain project trackers, follow up on deliverables, identify delays and dependencies, and escalate coordination issues.
Engineering and Technical Coordination
- Review architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings for basic coordination and constructability.
- Coordinate design changes, revised drawings, technical clarifications, site requirements, shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, and method statements.
