- Follow up on project progress, approvals, and outstanding actions
- Assist with project scheduling and document control
- Prepare professional presentations and visual concepts for clients
- Support site teams with technical information and drawing revisions as required
Requirements
- Proficiency in Project Coordination and Project Management, with ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and oversee multiple projects
- Strong Communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Familiarity with Interior Design and Architecture
- Technical proficiency with CAD software for creating and modifying detailed technical drawings
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Prior experience in MEP, landscaping, or water features projects is a strong advantage
- Self motivated and proactive with ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site role for a Project Coordinator / CAD Technician (MEP / Landscape / Water Features) based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
