Role Overview
Graham is recruiting a Project Coordinator to support its Buildings Division.
The role supports project teams through coordination, scheduling, quantity surveying, reporting, quality control, and continuous improvement.
The coordinator reports to the Senior Operations Manager and supports service desk inquiries, project controls software, testing, training materials, and release notes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support scheduling, budgeting, documentation, and cost control for daily project activities.
- Maintain drawings, revisions, site instructions, and change orders.
- Track change events, prepare notices, and compile progress and steering updates.
- Contribute to safety plans, maintain HSE and QA/QC records, and monitor related KPIs.
- Support cost reporting, cost accruals, payroll coding, cost allocation, and change-order records.
- Communicate with clients and support client satisfaction activities during project closeout.
Education and Experience
- Trade certification or a technical diploma or degree in engineering or a related field is required.
- Completion of or active progress toward Builders’ Framework Fundamentals courses is required.
- Two to three years of construction experience is required.
Skills and Knowledge
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software is required.
- General knowledge of construction project systems, processes, and risk or change management is required.
Compensation
- Salary range is $75,000 to $89,000 per annum.
- Compensation is aligned with education and experience.
- The posting lists three to five weeks of vacation and health and dental benefits.
