Role overview
Victaulic is hiring a Project Coordinator in Brampton, Ontario, for full-time hybrid work.
The role supports construction-related projects throughout Eastern Canada and reports to the Project Execution Manager.
The position coordinates project details from award through completion and offers a development pathway toward Project Execution Manager.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day coordination of active projects and maintain schedules, milestones, deliverables, and action trackers.
- Coordinate project documentation, meeting minutes, correspondence, filing systems, drawings, and records.
- Track progress and help prepare status reports, dashboards, and project presentations.
- Schedule internal, customer, and project review meetings.
- Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Customer Care, Supply Chain, Operations, customers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Assist with budgets, timelines, resource requirements, risks, schedule impacts, and issue escalation.
- Support planning, setup, execution, close-out, contract, change, and interface management activities.
- Participate in site visits and customer meetings, support RFP and proposal work, and contribute to continuous improvement.
