Summary
Manage all project orders received for customers from start to finish. This includes the launch, entry, maintenance, and consistent communication needed for each project.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Enter and manage assigned jobs within Job Management, Solar, vendor portals and all applicable systems.
- Create and provide all applicable reports for assigned jobs to the appropriate Account Managers and customers.
- Review and provide weekly shipping status reports to customers and Account Managers communicating critical shipping information.
- Navigate through frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events and change approach or method to best fit the situation.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and external rep teams to meet and provide solutions to customer needs.
- Monitor and utilize systems to initiate the appropriate methods and documentation needed to launch the assigned projects by preparing and sending pre-order entry submittals.
