Reports to:
Support developing project status reports for various stakeholders (sponsors, leads) and organization wide updates and to showcase project progress and value.
Assists the Project Manager in tracking project milestones and deliverables
Support RAID management by identifying issues early and, together with Project Manager, recommending mitigation strategies.
Coordinates and organizes project meetings, develop agendas and prepare meeting minutes to be shared with relevant stakeholders
Provides support for the execution of the day-to-day operational responsibilities of the project team
Manage project calendars and timelines, ensuring alignment with milestones.
The compensation for this position ranges from $51,780 to $64,725 annually, based on a 37.5-hour work week.
The starting salary will be determined by factors such as the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, experience, the salaries of peers within the same range, market conditions, and other relevant considerations.
This role requires a minimum of three (3) in-office days per week, with priority given to designated team collaboration days.
Work-from-home arrangements are dependent on operational requirements.
Additionally, this role may occasionally require the incumbent to work outside of normal office hours.
