Role Overview

What You'll Work On

• Support manufacturing operations capital projects and provide technical training for crew members.
• Lead or support process improvement, technical troubleshooting, and corrective action initiatives.
• Participate in business excellence idea generation and implementation for the production area.
• Perform meetings, data collection and analysis, trend reporting, preventive maintenance closeout, budgeting, supply ordering, and travel administration.
• Schedule maintenance and engineering work and support plant or division engineering studies.
• Support new product start-ups, task forces, and equipment efficiency, uptime, and maintenance resolution.
• Meet FDA, OSHA, and Abbott compliance standards and policies.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, written, verbal, analytical, and mechanical skills.
• Proficiency in various computer systems and software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, team-oriented environment using sound judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Some college or vocational schooling is preferred.

Compensation

• The base pay range is $24.65 to $49.25 per hour.
