Role Description

  • The Project Coordinator (Remote) is a part time role responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of client projects. On a day to day basis, the Project Coordinator will organize tasks, maintain project schedules, and track deliverables to ensure progress against agreed timelin

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability in project coordination, including scheduling, task tracking, and maintaining project documentation.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a remote setting.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external clients.
  • Comfort with digital tools such as project management software, online collaboration platforms, and basic office applications.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and follow through on tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with consultation, recruitment, or remote management environments in the MENA region is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in project coordination, operations, or administrative support is preferred.
  • Relevant education or training in business, management, or a related field is beneficial.
