Project Coordination Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities among clients, consultants, contractors, and external departments.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, logs, reports, and correspondence.
• Follow up on requests for information and technical queries to support timely responses and resolution.
• Organize project meetings, prepare minutes, and track action items through closure.
• Maintain accurate records of project-related resources.
• Coordinate site gate passes for manpower, equipment, and project materials to support site access and mobilization.
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on equipment requests needed for project execution.
• Coordinate and monitor Permit to Work applications and approvals under project and HSE requirements.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• Two to five years of experience is required.
• Knowledge of mechanical construction packages and execution workflows is preferred.

Competencies and Computer Skills

• Computer skills include MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience with ERP systems is listed.
