Project Controls Specialist (Saudi National)

Job Description

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist in developing, updating, and maintaining project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Track expenditures, commitments, and forecasts and analyze variances against the approved baseline budget.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports on schedule status, cost performance, and key milestones.
• Assist in identifying project risks and track change orders for cost and timeline impacts.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to gather data and resolve schedule or cost discrepancies.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in project controls, planning, scheduling, or cost estimation within construction or engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Equivalent professional experience and hands-on expertise may also be considered.

Desired Skills

• Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project is desirable.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are desirable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic are desirable.
