Role Overview
Lead project controls for a major roads and highways project in Riyadh.
Ensure project objectives are achieved through effective controls systems, forecasting, and timely reporting.
Planning and Scheduling
- Develop, review, and maintain the master schedule using Primavera P6.
- Evaluate contractor baseline, recovery, and revised schedules.
- Monitor critical path activities, conduct schedule risk analysis, and assess extension-of-time submissions.
Monitoring and Reporting
- Establish controls procedures, KPIs, and reporting systems.
- Monitor progress against schedules and milestones.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports, variance analyses, forecasts, dashboards, and performance reports.
Cost and Risk Management
- Monitor budgets, commitments, expenditures, cost trends, and forecasts.
- Maintain the risk register, identify schedule and cost risks, and coordinate mitigation reviews.
- Support commercial teams with variations, claims, and value engineering.
