Project Controls Manager - Outside IR35

Scope of Work:

Kent has been awarded a reimbursable contract by Arabian Gulf Oil Company (AGOCO) for the provision of FEED services of the Nafoora Redevelopment Project.

During the FEED phase of the redevelopment project Kent will build upon the PreFEED phase engineering to increase the total oil output of AGOCO Nafoora facilities to approximately 75,000 BOPD and upgrade of existing facilities for the associated produced water and produced gas treatment.

• Project reporting, forecasting and budget hours management
• Development and baselining of the project schedule.
• Implementation of document control and administration processes aligned with contractual requirements.
• Establishment of change management controls to protect budget hours.
• Oversight of information management systems to ensure effective data flow.
• Delivery of progress reports and early warnings on performance risks.
• Independent leadership and guidance across planning, cost management, and document control functions.
• Advisory support to the Engineering Management Team on risks, constraints, and project controls.
• Preparation of documentation to support variations, claims, and dispute resolution.
• Input to commercial negotiations by advising on project control considerations.
• Assurance that processes meet quality and compliance standards, including audit support.
• Ongoing identification of risks, opportunities, and efficiencies to enhance project delivery.
