Role overview
Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Controls Manager for defence-sector opportunities within its UK Real Estate Controls & Performance team.
The role supports major construction projects and programmes in defence and other highly regulated industries.
The position requires professional project controls experience and an understanding of the full project lifecycle.
Key deliverables
- Deliver project controls across major construction projects.
- Lead programme controls, monitoring plans, cost, safety, environment and performance reporting.
- Review project proposals and remits so realistic, resourceable delivery plans are developed.
- Identify resourcing requirements and liaise with planning functions to resolve issues.
- Provide day-to-day reporting support to programme and project managers.
- Monitor data input to cost and performance systems against required standards.
- Manage production of the Investment Plan and comply with the Investment Competence Framework.
Qualifications and experience
- Experience across at least two disciplines, including planning and scheduling, cost estimation, cost management, risk management or reporting.
