The Project Controls Lead provides specialized assistance and leadership for complex project controls matters.
The role interfaces with clients and provides strategic recommendations to support program decision-making.
Project controls responsibilities
- Advise on program master coding architecture, functional requirements integration, and scalable reporting systems.
- Develop and implement project controls procedures for schedule, cost, earned value, risk, and change management.
- Oversee the Master Development Schedule and assess design, construction, and schedule impacts.
- Oversee PMIS reporting and project control system implementation or customization.
Team leadership
- Manage Project Control specialists who analyze, evaluate, and forecast costs and performance against schedules and milestones.
