Job Description
The Senior Project Controller is a senior, hands-on project controls professional delivering integrated controls across cost, schedule, progress, change, risk, and information management interfaces.
The role supports major projects in complex JV, partnership, alliance, P3, DB, and PDB delivery environments.
The position acts as a controls integrator to keep cost, schedule, and information flows coherent, auditable, and useful.
Integrated Project Controls
- Maintain baselines, progress cut-offs, update cycles, forecasting cadence, and performance review routines.
- Develop integrated Primavera P6 schedules with sound logic, clear critical paths, realistic resourcing, and lookahead planning.
- Manage commitments, actuals, accruals, cost coding, variance analysis, and EAC/ETC forecasts.
- Align progress measurement, schedule updates, cost forecasts, and approved changes.
Change and Commercial Alignment
- Maintain change logs, assess schedule and cost impacts, track approvals, adjust authorized baselines, and integrate changes into forecasts.
- Coordinate with commercial and contract administration teams on substantiation, notices, claims readiness, records, narratives, and audit trails.
