Project Controls Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead regional project controls and scheduling teams; set goals and ensure progress.
• Oversee schedules (pre-construction, baseline, updates) and project controls processes. Manage change orders, claims, delay/productivity analyses, and dispute resolution support.
• Ensure compliance with companywide practices for budgets, scheduling, and reporting.
• Partner with Operations, Legal, and Finance on risks, claims, and recovery strategies.
• Support client interviews, Go/No-Go decisions, and bid strategies.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and training programs; mentor project controls staff.
• Collaborate with Estimating, VDC, Safety, and Quality for project integration. Participate in councils and committees to improve processes, policies, and tools.
• Conduct contract reviews to identify risk, timelines, and notification protocols.

• The base salary range for this position is $200,000 - $300,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. This range represents our good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting. Total compensation may also include equity in the form of stock options.
