Role Overview
Support project controls delivery across sensitive UK defence projects.
Work within a cross-discipline Project Controls team and contribute to complex commissions across sectors and clients.
Security and Eligibility
- Applicants must be a Sole UK National able to achieve and maintain UK MoD Security Clearance (SC).
- Project eligibility may also be affected by place of birth, nationality, citizenship, or residency because of MoD security clearance and Trade Control restrictions.
Project Controls Responsibilities
- Lead or work within project controls workstreams and contribute to scope definition and Work Breakdown Structure development.
- Support the Performance Measurement Baseline and manage the change control process.
- Integrate supplier performance data and align scope, cost, risk, and schedule.
- Analyse performance data, including Earned Value Management, to support delivery decisions.
- Generate prospective financial positions with Finance, including Cash Estimate to Complete and Estimate At Complete profiles.
- Support project risk identification, quantification, treatment, and oversight.
- Support resource deployment using resource-loaded schedules.
- Assure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of outputs.
- Communicate delivery performance, influence stakeholders, promote learning, and improve processes.
