Role Overview
Join a qualified project controls and engineering team on a newly awarded oil and gas EPC project in the UAE.
The role supports project controls, procurement, subcontract administration, engineering deliverables, materials, claims, payments, and cost management.
The position involves work connected with project records, site activities, and construction delivery.
Project Controls and Reporting
- Draft project-specific project controls procedures in accordance with contract requirements.
- Prepare internal and external project reports in the required formats.
- Maintain project deliverables lists for procedures, plans, engineering, procurement, materials, and method statements.
- Maintain engineering deliverables status registers.
Procurement and Subcontracts
- Prepare procurement packages with quantity take-offs, contract specifications, technical requirements, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain the procurement status register and subcontractor register.
- Assist with subcontract agreements, price negotiations, administration, correspondence, measurements, payment certification, and final accounts.
