Role Overview
Parsons is seeking a Project Controls Director to lead cost, schedule, risk, and change management across a complex development program.
The role provides governance, forecasting, reporting, and strategic project controls leadership to support delivery, schedule certainty, and financial control.
Project Controls Strategy
- Establish and enforce project controls strategies, systems, procedures, reporting frameworks, governance models, and performance measurement systems.
- Integrate cost, schedule, risk, and change management across all project phases.
- Implement project controls best practices, policies, and standards across project packages and delivery teams.
Schedule Management
- Oversee integrated master schedules across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Monitor schedule performance, identify delays and impacts, evaluate contractor schedules, and develop forecasts and recovery strategies.
- Apply critical path analysis, schedule risk assessment, and resource-loaded scheduling.
