About the Role
CC7 Global Engineering Solutions is seeking a Project Controls Director to establish and govern all project controls functions across the organization and major EPC projects. The role includes planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management, and reporting.

Responsibilities
- Establish project controls policies, standards, and KPIs
- Standardize planning, cost control, and reporting systems
- Oversee budgets, forecasts, and portfolio performance
- Implement risk and change management frameworks
- Lead systems (Primavera P6, SAP, Power BI) and team capability development
- Approve schedules, baselines, and progress measurement
- Monitor cost, cash flow, and earned value (SPI/CPI)
- Manage risks, delays, and mitigation plans
- Oversee variation orders, claims, and EOT analysis
- Provide regular reports to management and clients
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or related field
- 15+ years’ experience in EPC Oil & Gas projects
- Strong expertise in Primavera P6 and cost control
- UAE/Middle East experience preferred
- PMP preferred
