Parsons Corporation is seeking a Project Controls Data Analyst to integrate various engineering, scope, budget, scheduling, procurement, construction, and start-up aspects of a small project. The role involves developing interactive dashboards, automating reports, and providing actionable insights f
Responsibilities
- Integrate various engineering, scope, budget, scheduling, procurement, construction, and start-up aspects of a small project
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI
- Automate recurring project controls reports and performance metrics
- Provide executive-level reports highlighting project status
- Develop standardized KPIs for program and portfolio reporting
- Analyze progress trends and support earned value management (EVM) reporting and analysis
- Transform complex datasets into actionable insights for project leadership
- Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance improvement areas
- Develop automated data extraction, transformation, and reporting solutions
- Utilize technology (Python and SQL) to streamline data processing and reporting workflows
- Support digital transformation initiatives within Project Controls
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
- 3-7 years of experience in project controls, data analytics, business intelligence, or a related discipline
- Experience developing Power BI dashboards and managing project performance reporting
