Role Overview
The Project Controls Assistant will work with diverse project and client teams in a project and cost management consultancy.
The role offers responsibility for project reporting, analysis, process improvement, and project controls support.
The Opportunity
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, executive reports, and project performance reporting solutions.
- Support cost, schedule, risk, procurement, and change management reporting.
- Perform variance reporting and trend assessments to identify project risks and opportunities.
- Assist with Primavera P6 updates, milestone tracking, schedule governance, and progress reporting.
- Consolidate data from multiple systems into accurate executive and project status reports.
- Drive reporting automation, process improvements, and data quality initiatives.
- Gather reporting requirements from project teams, stakeholders, and clients and deliver actionable insights.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, BSc, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in Project Controls, PMO, Planning, Cost Control, Project and Data Analytics, or related project environments.
- Strong knowledge of project controls processes covering cost, schedule, risk, procurement, and change management.
