Overview
Work as a Project Controls Assistant within experienced, culturally diverse project teams.
Take responsibility for project controls work while developing industry experience and skills.
The Opportunity
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, executive reports, and project performance reporting solutions.
- Support cost, schedule, risk, procurement, and change management reporting.
- Perform project performance analysis, variance reporting, and trend assessments.
- Assist with Primavera P6 schedule updates, milestone tracking, schedule governance, and progress reporting.
- Consolidate data from multiple systems into accurate executive and project status reports.
- Drive reporting automation, process improvements, and data quality initiatives.
- Gather reporting requirements from project teams, stakeholders, and clients and deliver actionable insights.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, BSc, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in Project Controls, PMO, Planning, Cost Control, Project and Data Analytics, or related project environments.
- Strong knowledge of project controls processes, including cost, schedule, risk, procurement, and change management.
- Experience with data visualization software such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio and advanced Excel skills.
